In der yogischen Praxis bedeutet es nicht das Nichts im negativen Sinne, sondern vielmehr einen Zustand reinen Potentials, jenseits von Dualit\u00e4ten und Begrenzungen. Es ist die Stille zwischen den Gedanken, der ruhige Punkt, an dem sich das Ego (Identifikationen und Anhaftungen) aufl\u00f6st und man f\u00fcr das Unendliche empf\u00e4nglich wird.
