MIND & MEDITATION RETREAT

 

This retreat aims at:

  • Exploring the invisible map of the mind / consciousness. Identify the 9 archetypes of the mind.
  • Learning to use the mind to conquer your reality. Deep meditative experiences.
  • Diving into the realm of the mind and transcend your limited self and identifications.
  • Turning your mind from your worst enemy into your best friend and teach it to support successful life.

This retreat is certified Level 2 by the Kundalini Research Institute and organised by Ajai Alai Awakening.

 

"Conquer the mind to conquer the world"

Yogi Bhajan, master of Kundalini Yoga, insisted on the importance of awakening the Neutral Mind. Without the Neutral Mind, we have no control over our life. We just depend on automatic reactive patterns from the Negative and Positive Minds (subconscious memories and patterns). During this module, you will immerse yourself in the meditative mind and discover the tools to be still, intuitive, meditative, and creative. Exploring the structure of the mind: the thinking process, the 9 aspects of the mind as 9 archetypes, the 27 projections, and the 81 facets of the mind, will helps you to gain clarity and understanding on your complex mind structure. The experience of Shunia and the silence will provide a chance to relax into your deepest truth.

 

40-day preparation:

31 minutes of the Long Ek Ong Kar meditation.

Sattvic diet for 40 days (light with no garlic and no onion and emphasis on seasonal foods, fruits, nuts, seeds, oils, ripe vegetables, legumes, whole grains).”

 

Your Trainers:

Sat Sarbat and Satmukh.

 

Schedule:

On day 1, we start at 10:00 am

On the last day, we finish at 1:00 pm.

Other days:

Morning practice (4.30 to 7.30 am),

Breakfast around 8:00, morning session (10:30 am to 1 pm),

Lunch from 1 to 3 pm, afternoon session (3 to 7 pm).

Evening free or light program.
