Essential Self: Be You!
This retreat aims at:
- Taking time for yourself: self-reflection, relaxation, time in nature, ….
- Plugging into your instinctual self: safety, spontaneity, innocence, drive, ....
- Practicing special kriyas/meditations and a constellation to recognise where you resist your own nature.
- Regaining access to your totality and daring to manifest it.
- Reconnect to nature and its cycles.
BE YOU!
What does it mean to BE YOU?
We are made of multiple parts; we are a constellation of “me” sometimes aligned and sometimes in contradiction. We judge those parts according to certain believes rooted in our survival mechanisms.
First step of our journey: ALLOW
Somatic work
You don’t need to become a better version of you, you need instead to recognize your deep essence that has always been there, your Prakriti, your unique blend of the 5 elements.
You need to embrace what is instead of rejecting it. This implies a deeper connection to your body sensations and feeling and a tuned and relax nervous system.
Acceptance is the opposite of being a victim. Believing we are a victim comes from the mental stories we tell ourselves, not what we sense or feel.
Second step of our journey: ALIGN
Breath & Constellation work
From that place of acceptance or allowing, I can recognize what are my desires, what fulfils me.
Today with social medias we have the impressions that our choices are multiple, that many different lives are accessible. But this is marketing and this is not real. When you are aligned, your choices in life do not depend on any trend, on the last Tik Tok video you saw, or on external opinion or pressure.
When you are aligned, your choices come from your guts. It is raw, instinctive. It is not first rational. Rationality comes after to implement your choices.
Third and last step: MANIFEST
Sound work
This retreat is not a spiritual bubble from which you come back with nice pictures and nice memories. The purpose is for you to upgrade your life concretely and practically. This has to do with your projection. How can I be me in all circumstances and grasp the multiple opportunities that life brings me? You should not neglect, abuse or destroy yourself to be prosperous. Self-respect and self-care are often shadowed by your beliefs, not by the reality you live in.
A generous diet to enjoy the pleasures of eating well and healthily.
