As a member, you can stay at Oasis of Being for different periods of time depending on the availability. If you need to get away from the noise and agitation of the society, and be by yourself, Oasis of Being is an ideal place.

"ESSENTIAL SELF" RETREAT

 

This retreat aims at:

  • Stepping into a Yogic lifestyle.
  • Experiencing the different qualities of prana (energies or winds) within our body with special kriyas and meditations.
  • Constellation to unveil your subconscious patterns that block your prosperity.
  • Taking time for yourself: self-reflection, relaxation, time in nature, ….
  • Being nourished by an international group.

Your Trainers:

Sat Sarbat and Satmukh.

 

Schedule:

From August 11, 19:00 pm to August 16, 9:00 am.

On day 1, we start at 19:00 pm

On the last day, we finish at 9:00 am.

Other days:

Morning practice (5 to 7 am),

Breakfast around 7:30, morning session (11:00 am to 1 pm),

Lunch from 1 to 3 pm, afternoon session (5 to 7 pm).

Evening free or light program.
