Healing from Shunia

Kundalini Yoga and Sat Nam Rasayan offers the tools to use the neutral mind as a meditative space.
It is called co-regulation in neuroscience.
We will practice specific Kriya, Pranayam and Meditation to balance the nervous system.
We will learn what is self-regulation through Somatic touch & movement.
We will use those tools with a partner and discover how a deep listening or a conscious touch can be healing.
We will experience what it means to hold the space.
Shunia / Shunya (शून्य) literally means zero, emptiness, or void. In yogic practice, it does not imply nothingness in the negative sense, but rather a state of pure potential, beyond dualities and limitations. It is the silence between thoughts, the still point where the ego (identifications and attachments) dissolves and one becomes receptive to the infinite. It is where the practitioner is neither projecting outward nor collapsing inward but resting in perfect neutrality.
